Cranesbill Drive is modern 3-story house, with a total of eight guest bedrooms. Fantastic sized bedrooms and reception rooms, boasting a total floor area of nearly 250 square metres split across three floors.
The ground floor consists of entrance hall a small WC. Guest bedroom 1 (double front of house), Large shared lounge with TV , large kitchen/diner inc. microwave and dish-washer. The washing machine is located within the garage and is available for guest use at no extra cost. - a home away from home.
The first floor offers two double en-suite bedrooms to the front of the house two double bedrooms, one single and a shared bath room to the rear.
The second floor offers a further standard double an extra large double and the second shared bathroom.
The front garden is laid to gravel with tarmac driveway, it is possible to park five or more cars off road. The rear garden is patio and lawn.
With comfortable beds and quality linen you can be assured of a good nights sleep.
We try to promote a peaceful environment for our guests and hence we don't usually allow children and are not particularly equipped for them, though with a whole house booking they would of course be welcome.
Close to public transport, parks, local shops, restaurants and pubs.
We operate an un-attended check-in system, guests will be e-mailed instructions the front door is fitted with PIN coded lock. The guest rooms all have coded door locks, the pin will be in the check-in email, so it is vital that you have access to the e-mail address used for your booking on arrival as there are no staff living on site. We are available via mobile phone should any problems arise. We are warm and welcoming people, offering a home away from home.
Group bookings are available and discounts for large or longer term bookings may be considered, though parties are not allowed at the house for the peace of other guests and neighbours.
